Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.

• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to deliver an engaging selling environment.
• Ensure operational excellence when assigned as the manager on duty.
• Open and close store as assigned, working on the shop floor and with staff.
• Leverage store reports to inform decisions and drive sales growth.
• Support recruitment and create an inclusive store environment.
• Train staff on internal operational functions and company directives.
• Maintain brand standards and execute store programs across marketing initiatives.
