The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead for Springfield Mall to support the Store Leadership Team. You will run cash-wrap, assist in opening/closing, and serve as Leader on Duty while upholding brand standards and delivering friendly customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training associates and provide coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager on performance concerns.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) program and payroll processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and store areas.
• Balance store operations with brand standards and safety.
