Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. You will demonstrate friendly customer service, teamwork, and integrity in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves cash handling, recording daily sales, pricing and stocking donations, and ensuring security after hours. High school diploma preferred and supervisory experience required. Pay is $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
• Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports and conducts inspections when necessary.
• Cash register/customer service.
• Receiving, pricing and stocking donations. Receivers may lift up to 50 pounds and frequently 10–35 pounds.
• Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in production setting.
