Your role focuses on brand experience, team mentorship, and ensuring accurate inventory and safety standards while delivering a seamless omni-channel experience for FP customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador; partner with leadership to create an engaging FP customer experience.
• Develop selling initiatives; coach team to drive sales through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel shopping using store systems and applications.
• Lead and support the team to maintain energetic pace and sales.
• Teach product knowledge and brand messaging to the Stylist team.
• Support daily store operations, shipments, restocking, and visual standards.
• Uphold safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
