Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee seeks a Key Holder to lead on‑shift activities in Lexington, helping open and close the store and ensuring readiness and a welcoming environment for shoppers and donors.

The role emphasizes coaching associates, maintaining merchandising standards, supporting POS operations, and upholding safety and cleanliness to meet Goodwill’s mission of changing lives through education, training, and employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business, Logistics, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to coach and guide associates.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the on‑duty key holder during assigned shifts, supporting store opening and closing routines and ensuring store readiness.
• Provide visible, on‑floor leadership to guide associates and support smooth shift execution.
• Support shopper and donor experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Support loss‑prevention by monitoring POS transactions, pricing integrity, and safe cash handling; escalate concerns as needed.
• Train and coach new and existing associates during shifts, reinforcing standard work and service expectations.

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree in business/Logistics/ Retail Management preferred

1–2 years supervisory or lead experience in retail/warehouse/logistics
