Goodwill Industries—Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a full-time Lead Sales Associate for our retail store in Lenoir City. You will complete opening/closing duties, assist with management, and provide excellent customer service during sales, cashiering, stocking, and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates are energetic, flexible, and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. The role requires willingness to work nights and weekends and to support store operations as needed by leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Complete opening and closing duties of the store and assist as needed in the Manager's absence.
• Handle sales, cashiering, stocking, inventory, and customer assistance.
• Respond to donors, process donations, and thank donors for their items.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order, including floors, shelves, and fixtures.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
