You will drive sales by analyzing performance, delivering top-tier customer service, and overseeing daily store routines. You’ll lead recruiting, training and engagement, motivate the team, and implement floorset updates and product knowledge to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
