Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership in our Culver City store.

You will drive sales, manage daily store routines and deliver best-in-class customer service while coaching the team and executing floorset updates and visual displays. In this role you’ll recruit, train and develop staff, analyze reports to inform decisions, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Some supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, or a bachelor's degree.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom while ensuring customer service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
