Job summary

TD Bank Allston seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily service, sales and operations. You will guide a team to deliver TD’s convenient, personalized banking experience, while developing customer relationships and achieving store goals.

You will oversee advisory activities, coach staff, and ensure compliance. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of banking products to drive results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated Legendary Customer Service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales and Operational Management skills
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service colleagues to meet store objectives
• Provide day-to-day direction ensuring compliant delivery of services
• Oversee complex sales and advisory activities across multiple systems
• Deliver end-to-end financial advice and product recommendations
• Coach team to exceed customer expectations and drive referrals
• Ensure scheduling and staffing to meet customer demand
