Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee daily store operations, staff development, and omni-channel order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead staffing, payroll, product knowledge, and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operations, and data-driven decision making while mentoring non-management staff and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
