Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales through strategic analysis and exceptional customer service, and coach a team toward growth. The role blends business acumen with creative floorset updates and product knowledge.

You will open and close the store, manage staffing and payroll, train non-management staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering an engaging in-store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory, customer-facing experience.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise, train and develop staff while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Share staffing, scheduling and payroll duties and manage non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through styling and displays
• Analyze reports to inform decisions and protect store assets with inventory control
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders
