Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, driving sales through analytical insight and delivering exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes people management, product knowledge, and brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, visual merchandising, and omni-channel order fulfillment while upholding company culture and values across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
