Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a supervisory-focused team member to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

You will oversee salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train staff, and drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness. You will also be responsible for visual displays, inventory control, omni-channel order fulfillment, and representing the brand while upholding company values.

Qualifikationen

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
