Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, develop a high-energy team selling environment, and ensure operational excellence while acting as the manager on duty.

You will help recruit, train, and lead store staff, manage daily operations, and maintain brand standards. The role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong communication, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
