Tailored Brands is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach a team, manage staffing, and ensure operational excellence while on duty, including opening/closing the store and upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and adherence to company directives, with a focus on achieving store goals and delivering a high Net Promoter Score.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations when assigned as the manager on duty.
• Model company values and lead by example as an active coach.
• Communicate priorities and sales-driving information to maximize business.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Support management in achieving store business plans across sales, service, and operations.
• Leverage store reports to drive store decisions and growth.
• Identify performance opportunities and contribute to development plans.
• Train store staff on internal operational functions.
• Ensure store programs are implemented to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.
• Contribute to an engaged and inclusive store environment and conduct regular store meetings.
