Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. in Louisville is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager, coaching the team and delivering an exceptional shopping experience while managing daily operations.

You will open/close the store as the manager on duty, drive sales, and ensure brand standards across merchandising, service, and processes. The role emphasizes inclusivity, training, and data-informed decision making to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop the team and achieve sales/service goals.
• Open and close the store as the manager on duty and ensure security.
• Lead operations to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
• Create an engaged and inclusive store environment and uphold brand standards.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff to maximize business.
