Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management as necessary.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and warehouse ordering processes, including backdoor access.
• Register all sales accurately; document scanning errors, price verifications, voids, and exceptions.
• Assist in displays, resets, and maintaining pricing and signage per local regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
