Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management as necessary and assists with vendor deliveries via the backdoor.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing signage, and price changes per local regulations.
