Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with pricing and signage per policy.
