Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, and registers sales accurately while monitoring pricing and displays.
• Assists with inventory counts, pricing changes, displays, and housekeeping to meet local policies and standards.
