Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff seeks a Key Holder to support Retail Operations. You will open and close the store, assist during peak times, and help new employees while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing inventory, processing cash transactions, and operating scanners and tills. You’ll enforce age checks, ensure pricing accuracy, handle refunds, and help maintain a clean, secure environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or similar environment.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency.
• Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport while informing them of products and services.
• Open the store in the morning and close it at night.
• Support store during high volume and assist new employees.
• Know in-house products to make recommendations.
• Assist with inventory tasks: restocking, counts, discrepancies.
• Process cash transactions, count tills, and prepare deposits.
• Operate scanners, cash registers and other electronics.
• Follow age verification policies and provide receipts.
• Handle refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor floor to deter theft and ensure security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in sales floor, stock room, lockers and bathrooms.
• Train new employees on procedures and product knowledge.
