Job summary

Black Rock Coffee Bar is seeking a Store Lead in the United States with a shift-focused leadership role. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong people leadership, effective communication, and on-bar presence. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, working about 40 hours weekly at a full-time, non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months employed at Black Rock Coffee Bar unless otherwise approved.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead on-bar duties and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store operations and ensures service quality.
• Hires, onboards, and trains store team.
• Leads on-bar duties and coaches Team Members.
• Plans and publishes the store schedule; manages timekeeping.
