Black Rock Coffee Bar in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Store Lead to drive daily operations, coach Team Members, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will lead by example on bar, hire and train staff, manage schedules, and uphold safety and service standards across the store.

The role emphasizes on-bar leadership, staff development, and maintaining operational excellence while delivering consistent hospitality and quality. 40-hour weeks and hourly pay with tips are included.

Qualifications

• Leads daily store operations and on-bar leadership.
• Hires, trains, and develops Team Members for performance.
• Ensures safety, service standards, and policy compliance.
• Plans schedules and coverage for absences and events.
• Employee tenure requirements with Black Rock Coffee Bar.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily store operations to deliver results across SPOC.
• Loads, communicates, and upholds Black Rock Coffee Bar values.
• Plans and executes sales promotions as assigned by Marketing.
• Maintains store scheduling and assigns on-bar leadership on shift.
• Ensures compliant timekeeping, cash handling, and expense submission.
• Coaches Team Members and provides timely feedback and development.
• Handles guest concerns professionally and ensures guest satisfaction.
