Job summary

Black Rock Coffee Bar is seeking a Store Lead in Killeen, TX to guide daily operations, coach Team Members, and ensure an exceptional Guest experience. You will manage on-bar leadership, schedule development, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes people leadership, operational ownership, and a commitment to a positive, results-driven store culture while supporting growth and engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to coach and develop Team Members.
• Experience delivering high-quality guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort leading from the floor and managing operations with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure on-bar leadership.
• Hire onboarding and training of Team Members and schedule creation.
• Publish the store schedule and manage timekeeping and cash handling.
• Lead biweekly/ monthly leadership meetings and provide feedback.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve store operational issues.
