Black Rock Coffee Bar is hiring an Assistant Store Lead in Washington with responsibilities on leadership, coaching, and daily store operations. You will lead the team on shift, promote excellent customer service, and ensure smooth operations, onboarding new staff, and inventory support while upholding company policies.

The role requires energetic, customer-focused leadership in a fast-paced cafe setting, with starting hourly pay of $18.13 plus tips and bonus eligibility.
