You will oversee scheduling, hiring collaboration with HR, and maintenance of game rooms and equipment, while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to stay organized and work well under pressure.
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-Time: 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations.
• Lead, train, and support your team.
• Create schedules and manage shift coverage.

• Keep game rooms clean, safe, and ready for guests.
