Job summary

Activate Games in Dublin, CA is seeking a full-time Lead on Shift to drive in-store experiences. You will guide customers and coach Game Facilitators, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service across all rooms and activities.

As the first point of contact for escalations and issues, you’ll maintain a positive mindset, lead by example, and foster teamwork while keeping the store inventory and maintenance up to date.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role with strong focus in engaging customer relations is preferred.
• Demonstrated collaborator and previous experience overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software is an asset

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails to accommodate customer needs and troubleshoot bookings.
• Assist customers at check-in, create/receive invoices, take payments, and perform overrides at check-in.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate to Store Leader as required.
• Communicate status of the facility and each room to the team and customers for the best experience.
• Ensure Activate Programs are applied in accordance with company standards.
