Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required or preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience or potential for leadership during shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
• Provides coaching to Associates and coordinates with management on priorities.
• Maintains opening/closing procedures and accurate associate coverage.
• Promotes safety, labor policy adherence, and drives credit and loyalty programs.
