TJ Maxx in Nashville, TN seeks a Key Carrier to support store operations, lead as needed, and ensure outstanding customer service. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required to cover shifts and assist with daily tasks.

You will work with the management team, coach associates, and help maintain store standards and safety policies while ensuring efficient task execution and adherence to procedures. This role offers growth within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent preferred
• 6 months leadership experience or potential to grow into leadership
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan
• Provides coaching to Associates and addresses customer service issues
• Maintains Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
