TJ Maxx store in Cincinnati seeks a Key Carrier to support store operations and guest experience. The role alternates with Coordinator duties and includes leadership responsibilities, coaching, and ensuring daily procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow.
• Ability to coach and delegate to Associates.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
