TJ Maxx in Frisco, TX is hiring for a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead as needed. You will balance customer service with leadership duties, coaching Associates and acting as Manager on Duty when required.

The role requires open availability including nights and weekends, a focus on policy adherence, and strong communication with management to drive the store’s success.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Acts as Manager on Duty following policy
• Maintain store operations and scheduling
• Provide coaching to Associates on service quality
• Ensure safety and accountability in coverage and procedures
• Open/close procedures and priority setting
• Communicate priorities to Management and Staff
• Support training and development of Associates
• Uphold labor laws and store policies
• Promote loyalty programs and credit usage
• Contribute to shrink reduction goals
