Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in Cincinnati, OH. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence during the manager-on-duty shifts.

You will lead by example, recruit and develop staff, and implement store programs to enhance customer experience and brand standards. A1 year of retail experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic office software.
• Organized with strong problem-solving and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Manager to drive sales, service, and operations.
• Coach and develop store team to meet performance goals.
• Open/close store as manager on duty and ensure security.
• Lead by example and reinforce company values.
