Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.

• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team; maintain an engaged and inclusive store environment.
• Drive customer experience to meet or exceed brand standards and KPIs.
• Communicate priorities and sales-driving information to ensure staff are empowered.
• Support staffing, training, and onboarding of store team members.
