Crocs, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Store Manager for HEYDUDE to lead the store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales while overseeing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operations.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership, flexibility for nights/weekends, and the ability to manage POS, inventory, and brand programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is an essential job function.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs, Inc values.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Oversee store-wide operations with Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance and KPIs.
