HEYDUDE at Crocs, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, inventory control, cash handling, and adherence to brand standards to keep the store engaging and ready for daily business.

You will recruit, schedule, and coach staff, manage pricing and merchandising, and collaborate with corporate partners to maintain a high-performing, compliant retail environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of retail experience, preferably in store management.
• Ability to lead a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using our service model.
• Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure store coverage year-round.
• Lead daily retail operations: POS accuracy, inventory control, pricing, markdowns, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor sales performance and customer service metrics to improve results.
• Act as brand ambassador and stay informed on product launches and collaborations.
• Ensure compliance with policies including Asset Protection and loss prevention.
