Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for HEYDUDE to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, open/close procedures, and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting. This Part Time role supports brand initiatives and store operations.

As a Team Leader, you will supervise the team, assist across departments, manage POS and merchandising, and help drive sales while upholding policy and asset protection standards. 1 8+ required with 2–3 years retail experience; incentives apply.

Formación

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
