Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Part Time to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, lead a small team, and drive sales performance.

You will help with day-to-day store operations, including customer service, merchandising, and stockroom tasks while upholding Crocs’ service standards. The role requires 2-3 years in retail with leadership preference, availability for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and achieve/overachieve sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives to enhance customer connection.
