Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader (Part Time) for our HEYDUDE storefront in Las Vegas. You will deliver outstanding consumer experiences, support store operations, and lead by example on the sales floor, collaborating with store management to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory awareness, and maintaining high service standards while staying informed about new product launches and brand initiatives. 18+ and 2–3 years retail preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure follow-up.
• Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives to engage customers.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
