Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop store teams.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop team to meet sales targets.
• Open/close store duties as manager on duty and ensure store readiness.
• Create an engaging, inclusive environment that delivers exceptional customer service.
• Lead customer experience initiatives to exceed brand standards and NPS goals.
• Utilize store reports to drive sales, service and operational decisions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and train staff on policies, procedures and products.
