Jos. A. Bank Clothiers is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in coaching the store team, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence when you are the manager on duty.

You will open and close the store, lead initiatives, and contribute to an engaged, inclusive environment while delivering superior customer experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business sense.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
