Job summary

Activate is seeking a Store Lead for our Altamonte Springs location to guide customer interactions and coach Game Facilitators for exceptional in-store experiences.

You will escalate issues, manage bookings, and ensure smooth operations across all rooms while maintaining inventory, safety, and brand standards. This full-time role starts with early shifts and may extend late evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar role with customer engagement focus.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ employees is a plus.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails; troubleshoot bookings and accommodate customer needs.
• Assist with check-in, invoicing, payments, and overrides.
• Resolve complaints and escalate to Store Leader when needed.
• Communicate status of facility and rooms to the team and customers.
• Enforce Activate Programs in line with standards.
• Train, coach, and lead staff; delegate tasks and maintain shift coverage.
• Oversee inventory maintenance and routine room upkeep.
