Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in York, PA, to deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding a team in a high-volume retail setting. You will serve as a brand ambassador, drive performance, and ensure a welcoming, compliant store environment.

You will coach staff, perform opening/closing duties, verify IDs, manage inventory, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Curaleaf offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive consultative selling and enroll guests in rewards program.
• Execute opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accurate POS profiles.
• Keep a clean, guest-ready store and comply with SOPs.
