Job summary

Curaleaf is opening a new store location and seeks a dedicated Lead Store Associate in York, PA. You will guide and inspire your team while delivering top-tier customer experiences and upholding POS procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving sales through consultative guidance, enrolling guests in rewards, and ensuring inventory accuracy with strong adherence to SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6 months leadership experience in retail and POS cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and coach your team.
• Empower associates with personalized product guidance and upselling.
• Drive consultative selling and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Enroll guests in rewards programs and capture insights for future visits.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety rules, and inventory accuracy.
• Open and close the store, manage cash, and verify IDs at the POS.
