Curaleaf is opening a new store in York, PA and seeks a Lead Store Associate to guide a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead store operations, coach colleagues, ensure compliance, and drive sales through consultative product guidance.

The role requires 21+ and at least 1 year in customer-facing roles, POS/cash handling experience, and leadership exposure in a retail setting. Evening/weekend availability and a strong customer service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing or sales environments.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming store environment and coach the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive consultative selling.
• Manage inventory, POS profiles, and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and store policies.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive performance.
