Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales.
• Experience handling cash is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and create exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage rental process: converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, assisting with truck rentals at some locations, collecting past‑due accounts, guiding customers on their journey.
• Manage operational activities: inspecting stores daily, maintaining facility, minor maintenance, contacting vendors for repairs, handling cash, balancing receipts, posting payments, reconciling bank deposits, and related duties.
• May be assigned to multiple sites to support or cover the Store Manager when off duty.
