Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, and corporate office when unresolved at first level.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls following regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally to customers, explaining solutions and ensuring customers feel supported.
