Job summary

The Assistant Store Manager at CNG Holdings, Inc. embodies our brand and leads by example in customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, and corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, balance cash drawers, and assist with bank deposits.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
