Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Willingness to uphold company values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to supervisor or corporate when needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Respond professionally to customers and explain solutions.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle currency and cash drawers; may include deposits and bank pickup.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
