Responsibilities

Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
Answer inquiries via telephone and in person; perform outbound sales and courtesy calls.
Handle currency, cash, and coins; balance cash drawer and deposits.
Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
