Dollar General Lead Sales Associate position is focused on maintaining a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. The role involves helping customers locate and purchase merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, and supporting the Store Manager to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role also includes acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, assisting with planograms, opening and closing the store, and

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and math skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Ability to follow planograms and merchandising guides.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; collect payment, make change, bag merchandise.
• Follow work processes to receive, unpack, stock, rotate, and display merchandise.
